We are led by David Bartlett, a former Senior Compliance Officer with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading and Investigator with the Queensland Liquor Licensing Division.

In addition to his practical experience, David holds dual degrees in behavioural science and criminology, an honours degree in psychology and is currently studying a MBA.

David firmly believes that the majority of business owners and managers want to do "the right thing".  But many lack the time and knowledge of how to comply with their compliance obligations and reduce their business risks.  This results in businesses, their owners and staff receiving fines, being ordered to pay compensation or risking their livelihood.  In most cases these outcomes can be prevented or reduced.

David can work with you to identify your compliance obligations and business risks, and implement a plan to protect your business.

David regularly writes for business magazines and industry journals providing practical advice on how to comply with regulatory obligations and reduce business risks.

David is accredited with and is an active member of the Australasian Compliance Institute and is also a member of the Australian Institute of Management and other industry organisations.
