Complaints

Complaints will be addressed in accordance with our Complaints Management Policy.

Making a Complaint

Complaints can be emailed to complaints@bluemercuryconsulting.com.au or made via our Contact Us service.

If making a complaint please be sure to include:

  • Your contact details
  • The problem you have encountered
  • The remedy that you are seeking

Timeframes

We will acknowledge complaints within 2 business days.

Complaints will be assessed within 5 business days.

We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days from date of receipt.
